2 strands rayon boucle, shiny rayon or similar yarn

crochet hook size:  J 

Ruffle:   Ch 52.   SC 2 rows.  Dec row:  sc, [*sk 2 sc 2] repeat from *  sc 1 at end slp to join.

Eyelet:  ch2 sk 1 *[hdc 2, ch1 sk 1]  repeat until end, hdc last stitch.

Body:  sc 4 rounds - 27 sts. 

Inc rnd:  inc 1 [sc 7 inc 1] 3 times, sc 6 - 31 sts

Sc 4 rnds

Inc rnd: inc 1 [sc 8 inc 1] 3 times, sc 7 – 35 sts

Sc 4 rnds

Inc rnd: [inc 1, sc7] 5 times – 40 sts

Sc 1 rnd.

Bottom:  Sc 1 rnd in back half of st [it will leave a line of previous sts showing in front]

                 Dec: [sc 7 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 6 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 5 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 4 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 3 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 2 sk 1] 5 times

[sc 1 sk 1] until 5 sts left or until too small to work comfortably.  

Sl, cut leaving 6” tail and sew hole shut. Secure end and hide.

Tie:  ch 36”.  Turn and sl 1 row.  Knot, cut and hide end.   Tie knots in ends.  Thread through eyelets.
